Quote request form issue

Hello,

I am having some trouble building a quote request form using Sliced invoice + Gravity form.

In the form i built following the Sliced Invoices instructions there is two problems :

_ First all items are displayed with a QTY of 1. I want it to be 0 by default.
_ And the main problem is the fact that in this form the customers who want a quote can change the price of the items. Its a fixed price so I dont want them to be able to do that.

Finally is there a way to display the total amount of the quote to the customer before he send the form ?
