    Hi,

I’ve just installed your quote plugin and it works great, except the floating quote list only updates if users manually refresh the page. This isn’t ideal, as it’s inconvenient for them and many won’t even know to do it.

Is there a way to get it to update in real time? Some PHP code I can paste in? I don’t know PHP but have SFTP access, so can edit the files if given the code and told where to put it.

I’m using Bricks Builder and have AJAX enabled for Woo’s Add to Cart function, if that’s useful at all.

    Thanks,
    Laura

    Hello @rubella ,

Greetings! The plugin will update the quote list icon in real-time, which will be visible on the shop and product pages. Once you click on the “Add to Quote” button for any product, the quote list will instantly display the product name and count. For your reference, I’ve shared a screen recording at the following URL:?https://www.awesomescreenshot.com/video/30845234?key=9c46fab4ffa9e3f64c9658c1b1647cd9

I suspect that there may be a theme or plugin compatibility conflict causing the real-time update issue with the quote list icon. I recommend conducting a theme and plugin compatibility test by deactivating third-party plugins one by one and switching to the WooCommerce default theme. Afterwards, please check if the issue persists.

Looking forward to hearing from you.

    Hi,

I built on another host, changed the theme to Woo’s default storefront and disabled all other plugins. Nothing worked.

I’ve chosen another plugin but thank you for looking at the issue and testing anyway.
