Quote from Web Designer on Below Architecture

Hi,

I was just wondering if a web developer or someone who codes themes could give me a quote on designing one of the below options for a museum’s website.

The first option has 13 categories with 9 major sections represented by menu buttons on the homepage and 4 sections represented by images. The nine menu buttons will be separated into 2 rows.

The second option will have 10 main categories with 5 major sections.

The Toledo Museum of Art‘s website is a model we are using.
