Quote Email missing some entries

The received quote email only has options that were input as variables (through attributes and creating variables that way), the remaining added options I have on the product page that are being selected through “TM Extra Product Options (themecomplete)” show up on the “quote cart” page but not in the email.
Is there a way to ensure all add-ons that make it to the “quote cart” are added in to the quote email? Or add additional info to that email?
