Quotation marks are erroneous

Hi all,

This is a bit silly, but there’s no arguing it: some of the quotation marks in this theme are wrong.

https://degreesofclarity.com/critmed/archives/75 notice the italic line just below the post title (the first body line). The quotes should be an open and close double quotation mark; for some reason the open quote is showing as an open single instead.

Only seems to happen in italics. The HTML entities look correct, so I guess this is an error in the font itself? Any thoughts?
