    Hi,
I look for a way to send a prospect a quotation within a cart to accept.
My goal is to show to the customer what the quotation has in the cart and allow him to purchase easily.

Is there a way you ever seen or an advise ?

    Regards,
    Teddy

  • You can create a manual order and add an itemized list of your products or services you want them to pay for.

Each item will have to be a product though. You can hide each one from the site though as well.

You will then click Add Order and below on the page add items, shipping, etc. The ln click recalculate.

Then email them the invoice in the upper right side. Learn more here

    Hi StefsterNYC
Thank you very much for your reply. I didn’t received any notifications by email. It is a great solution for me.

    I will try. Thanks again.
    Regards

I think that this topic is resolved.
    Thank you ??

You’ll recieve a notification that your client has paid. If you want a notification like a CC that it went out you’d have to add yourself to emails manual.

Also, customers paying by credit card can be tricky. Might error a lot because the latest WC doesn’t have a form on the customer side for addresses. I have to double check though. Just letting you know.

    Hello Stefster,
Sorry I didn’t understood your last message ?
    Regards

Send an invoice to yourself and then try and pay for it by credit card. I’ll try and show you a screenshot later.
