Quizz Block Behaviour Issues

    I have updated the sensie LMS plugin 4.4.0, the previous update I started to have issues with how the quizzes behaved and is not as expected.
    With the previous update I was unable to edit the quiz questions within the lesson.
    I thought with the lastest update I thought it would resolve the issue.
    Now the blocks appear to be functioning correctly however on the front end when I test the functionality and behaviour it does not show the page as expected,images are missing in course page. When I enter the lesson and scroll down to see the blue button to see “view the quiz” it says complete lesson, when i click it, the page refreshed and says i have competed the quizz,it does not enter the quizz page at all.

    I did have a set up previously where I was using the snippet plugin to hide the blue button to view the quiz so that it would not show up on a password protected pageas the quizzes are externally audited.I have disabled the snippet plugin and set the lesson page to public. The behaviour remains the same independant of my previous set up.

    I do have a staging site and when I updated it before my live site, it functionas as expected with the password prection page set and the snippet to hice the blue button.

    So I am abit confused what is actually happen here
    I cannot provide a link to the actually page as it is behind a membership plugin and therefore requires admin access to see it.
    I can provide a screen video of the behaviour, if this helps that can be uploaded.

    I would appreciate support that would help resolve this.

  • Hi SK,

    Thanks for reaching out. As a first step to debugging this issue, I recommend auditing both the Staging and the Live site to check for any differences there.

    Since the feature is working correctly on the staging site but having issues on the live site, some older plugins/themes/custom code on the live site may be causing the problem.

    Once you have identified the difference, try updating your live site to the same setup as the staging site and check if this fixes the issue.

    Hi Gaurav,
    Thank you for your response. Yes, I did as mentioned and have now managed to have to live site and the staging site working as expected.
    There may have been some cache issues for the updates to take place, the was some glitches where shortcode modules where placed in the lesson divi builder since the last two updates, not the most recent one recieved today.
    I removed the source code module and some scripts in the snippet plugin and all is functional as expected.
