Quiz with lead generation form instead of contact form

    I was going to insert a field on my contact form for a user to tell me how they heard about me, i.e. search engine, social media etc.

    After some online searching I watched a Forminator video covering the lead generation form that can be part of a quiz setup.

    Is that a useful alternative to having the basic contact form, in other words can I use it instead of my contact form even though it’s a quiz? I don’t require any quiz component though, so am a little unsure.
