    Hello,

    1. We would like to set a 90-second time mark to answer each question in a quiz. We tried to set the time as 1.3 minutes but we were getting a “failed to save” error message.
We would prefer to set the time in seconds rather than in minutes. How can we achieve this?
    2. Also, using the question library, when a question is selected, what we have in the button is “Add 2 questions”, see screenshot: Screenshot by Lightshot (prnt.sc) How do we correct this?
    3. Lastly, we have questions banks, and we want the students to know which questions they’ve answered correctly and which that have got right. Currently, everything checks in green which doesn’t give the impression of which is right or wrong, how can we distinguish the right and wrong answered questions by using icons? see screenshot: Screenshot by Lightshot (prnt.sc)

  • Hello @olammyju!

    Thanks for reaching out!

    1) The quiz timing is set in minutes and must be a whole number. The timing applies to the entire quiz, and there’s no option to set time for each question.

    2) I’ve tested the same function on our servers, and it’s working fine. We’ll also ensure to check it with our clients.

    3) If you enable “Show correct answers” in quiz settings, students will see correct and incorrect answers after submitting it. https://joxi.ru/AnNvvPDU0oPn8A

    Hope this info helps. Thanks!

    Hi @josephstylemix

    Thanks for your response.

    1. I think seconds is better than minutes if we’re looking at making the timing in whole number, with this you give everyone the power to set their timing as they wish as it is easier to calculate timing in seconds than minutes, kindly look into this and made it as an update.
    2. Understood, I could share my login details with you if you need to check on our site also, we are a masterstudy pro plus user.
    3. We want to allow the students to retake the questions, showing the correct answers means we’re already telling them the answers, I think the best way to make things easier is to let the students know which of the questions they got right and wrong so that they will know which to retake.
    4. Additionally, for instructors, there is no way for them to duplicate courses and lessons, and also, no way to delete a course. Kindly make this available as soon as possible.

      Thanks.

    Hello?@olammyju!

    1. Some users of the LMS plugin users may require a quiz time limit of several hours, which could be quite inconvenient if the countdown needs to be set in seconds. However, we are always here to improve our product with new features and options, if you think that settings will be useful for most of the MasterStudy theme users, we highly recommend you leave your request to add selection hours/minutes/seconds in our feature requests desk, our managers will collect and include changes in the future updates according to the popularity of requests https://stylemixthemes.cnflx.io/boards/masterstudy-lms

    2. Could you please create a new ticket and send us your site access credentials there? We will investigate the case on your site directly. Unfortunately, we can’t detect it on our testing environment.

    3. Unfortunately, for now there is no option to show only questions with wrong answers. I would like to suggest your request to recheck the logic of re-take and show answer in the feature requests desk.

    4. I recommend to leave the request in the feature requests desk as well. As an option, I can offer you using extra plugins for courses and lessons dublication.

    Best regards,

    Hello,

Thanks for your quick response always.
I would like to hide the video controller of the lessons.

    How can I do this?

    Hello,

Thank you for reaching out with your question.

I understand your request. There are instances where instructors require this feature to ensure that students watch the entire video without the ability to fast forward using video controls. I guess you are inquiring about the ability to monitor whether a user has watched the video in its entirety or skipped parts, and if so, to what extent they have viewed it.

Regrettably, this functionality is not currently available, but we do have plans to implement it in the near future.

Please feel free to let me know if there’s anything else I can assist you with.

    Best regards,

    Jacob Support Team
