Quiz Stuck at start button

My wp installation is on a local computer… using celebrities quiz as a test…
Before upgrade of the plugin the start button was not working
After upgrade also this problem still occurs, I checked in the console it showed me the errors as the screenshot…https://snipboard.io/x5a6X2.jpg
