    Hello,

I am in course builder and I want to make a quiz. I clicked the make a quiz button and I want to add questions, but when I add a question, and I pick a question type then scroll down to type in possible answers, it is just a box with the “save answer” button. There is no form to fill out the answer, there is nothing, just the button. No inputs. where can I type in the quiz answer? I tried saving the quiz, then going in to the lesson as a student and tried taking the quiz, but since there are no questions that are saved (because it isn’t working), there was no way to take the quiz. The take quiz button just reloads the page.
    Please help!

    Hello @complianceprn and @iver81

Are you guys using the plugin in Multisite environment? I am very sorry to know that you guys are also facing this issue. There can be multiple reasons for this. As it seems the wordpress versions and the product versions are alright. There is one thing that you guys need to do and that is to test for conflict. Theme or plugin conflict can raise this issue in some cases. To check for the theme and plugin conflict we suggest our users to follow this guideline https://docs.themeum.com/tutor-lms/troubleshooting/general/ . please check for conflict and let us know. Have a blessed weekend

    Best Regards
