    I want to mention, that?you are currently using?an old version?of the plugin.
    The?latest update?of the plugin is the?8.7.6?version.??

    So, please update the plugin to the latest version and check the case again.

    Surely make a?DB backup?before upgrading for your safety (you can use?UpdraftPlus) so as not to lose the already created data.

    i am using a paid version can update it to latest version free off cost ?

    can you send me my license details..

    when i logged in it shows that lisence expired ..how is it possible

    when i purchased they clearly mentioned that validity life time and update is for 12 months

    please help me

    As mentioned earlier, you are using an old version of our plugin.

    Please note, that as you are using the old version of the plugin and the new versions of PHP and WordPress, an incompatibility problem may occur for you.

    The latest version (8.7.6) of the plugin is tested and compatible with the latest versions of both WordPress and PHP of that time. 

    So, you need to update the plugin version as well, so that everything can work correctly for you.

    Your license for the Business package expired and we mentioned this in our conversation via email. 

    The info connected to packages and updates/support available for each package is clearly mentioned on our website.

    As mentioned multiple times, commercial products are not supported in these forums.
