Greetings and a good day to you

Can you please check for a plugin and theme conflict? as it seems there is a high possibility that there is a conflict among other plugins that is creating this conflict. These steps will help rule out a possible plugin conflict.

    1. Disable all the other third-party plugins and check whether that
    solves the issue
    2. If that solves the issue, please activate the plugins one by one to
    rule out the conflicting plugin
    3. If that doesn’t work, please check it by activating the parent theme
    4. If the issue still persists, please activate a WordPress default
theme like Twenty Twenty and check

Please also make sure that your platform and theme are up to date.

I have the same problem and used to find the way to fix it and end up quit using the quiz system. I think in my case it was a theme conflict because I tried to disable all plugins and the issue still remains.

    hello @lunarmimi

With the latest version of the plugin there shouldn’t be any issue with the quiz. If you cannot use the quiz system I would kindly request you to please visit our email support. Our technical team can help you out through this.

I suggest the same for @rk11345 It would be great to have a look into your site to debug and solve the issues.

Certainly some issue with the recent update.

As soon as I rollback to version 1.8.5. It starts working.

    Hello,
We had the same problem and quizzes that had been working for several months could no longer be submitted by participants.
We also did a lot of testing to see if this came from changes in the content-drip, the number of attempts, disabled all plugins … but the only solution that worked was to go back to version 1.8.5.
It’s a shame, but tutorLMS developers will have to check their code for the latest updates as they impact existing trainings and quizzes. We are a small training organization and we cannot afford to have regressions in the educational tools used.

Thank you for taking our request into account because the one we posted on Friday did not receive any response from you.

    Hello @rk11345 @oneill78

Could you please override this file wp-content/plugins/tutor/templates/single/quiz/body.php to our active theme directory?

    Kind Regards.

    Hi @rk11345 @oneill78,

Have you overwritten any templates? Which I think @creativeartbd is referring to.

I was having the same issue. Disabled my template override (single/quiz/body.php) in my theme and it works. Not sure why this would make a difference as they are both version 1.5.7, so it looks like that template has been changed.

    Hope this helps.

    Cheers
