quiz not visible

Thank you for choosing to use this plugin! Can you provide a link to a quiz that is not visible so that I can debug the issue?

Quiz Functions grade 11 is invisible, other quizzes are okay.
If I remove all results from quiz result page, it’s again visible

I won’t touch this quiz, until you debug it.

I checked again, and I found that a user can take only 6 times the quiz,after that the quiz is invisible(blocked) for all users. I have a free account visitor, and I need that they will take unlimited number of times the quiz. the link:

I was trying to change number times from unlimited to 20, the result was the same -only 6times before blocking

I find my mistake, I put in options 6 entries, when I removed it, all is working
