Quiz not showing on mobile

Hello there,

Could you guys send us a link to an example if this. You will need to actually deploy a quiz in a test page, we cannot view a preview. Also any details you can provide about the devices having the issue, and their operating systems, would be a huge help.

it′s not working on BlackBerry devices, Acer devices with android.

After answer on the first question its not posible to move to the next question.

We are trying to hard to isolate and resolve some mobile issues in the next release.

@viperofpitstorm that appears to be a link to the quiz preview, which will not display for us. Could you please deploy the quiz in a page or post, and send us that url? We would like to inspect the issue in more detail. (or of course let me know if I am mistaken. The url provided is not loading any content for me however.)

@amaaadeus We have multiple reports of this, but cannot reproduce ourselves so far. Can you please provide the operating system versions of the devices having the issue.

We will be unable to resolve display issues on browsers no longer supported by their developers, but are trying hard to ensure all modern devices are compatible. Any details help.

Just wanted to post a status update before closing this.

@viperofpitstorm That is a link to you quiz preview, and will not display on any machine that is not logged in as an administrator. That is not the proper way to deploy your quizzes. If that link is live anywhere on your site please take it down. The proper way to deploy your quizzes is by placing them in a page or post via shortcode. Refer to this article for details:

@amaaadeus We regret to inform you that we will be unable to resolve any issues between our software and the RIM Blackberry operating system, and browser. We cannot find any services that provide us testing capability for BlackBerry devices. This is probably because they represent less than 1% of the global market for smartphone OS’s. They also implement their own completely unique base code to create their OS, making troubleshooting even more difficult. We can guarantee functionality on all major, modern browsers for iOS, Android and Windows OS’s. Sorry for any inconvenience.
