Quiz not displaying properly

I have created a quiz but when displayed on the frontend, it is not displaying properly, for example for a single choice question, the 3 options appear but there is no button to select the correct answer. The ‘matrix sorting’ option also appears correctly but the items will not drop when you drag them, they just go back to their original position.
