Quiz new Addition

Dear Alex,
I use your plugin about one and half years.please can you help me?
dear,I want a quiz type just like this:::

subject one
subject 1 quizes
subject 2
subject 2 quizes
subject 3
subject 3 quizes
.
.
.
.
.
subject n
subject n quizes
submit

After submiting result will be:

your result are:
subject 1 –% pass/fail
subject 2 –% pass/fail
subject 3 –% pass/fail
.
.
.
subject n –% pass/fail

if anyone fail any subject then show fail(fail in — subject)
if pass in all subject then pass…
then it will show all passed user in scoreboard arrange as top is highest and bottom is lowest
