quiz grades are listing as skipped

  • I’m not sure what is happening but every time a student completes a quiz, it is listed as skipped, and they score a zero. Please help! Learn press and all my plugins are fully upgraded. I have tried disabling cache plugin but still same results. Or maybe it is due to recent update of WordPress and it is having conflicts with LearnPress. I see LearnPress is not tested with (5.5) version of WordPress.

    Having the same problem. I’ve read elswhere it’s because of caching, but turning off cache has no impact.

    The product is defective and unusable for any purpose as long as this bug exists – and bug repots go back over seven years, so they are ignoring the problem.

    This is a severe bug and it’s causing me a lot of customer problems.
