Quiz formatting

Hi there, this plugin perfectly matches my need for a comment security. One issue I’m having, however, is in the formatting. On my post page the plugin appears where i place it, but on my single post page, it’s being place in this “right” class. I cannot, for the love, get it out. Any suggestions?
