Quiz fails to start

  • After upgrading to Learnpress 3.0.9 all quizzes ceased to work. When trying to start a quiz a banner appeared with the message “Start quiz failed!!.

    I’ve deactivated all non essential plugins and tried opening a quiz through admin and subscriber accounts. Nothing has changed. Is this a problem with the update or am I missing something?

    Hi roher1312,

    Sorry to hear that. Have you tried to update LearnPress plugin to the newest version?

    If the issue still happens, please send me a request to [email protected] with subject “roher1312 – LearnPress Support”, I will need to check your site more carefully.

    I have the same issue.

    – I have the latest version of WordPress and Learnpress
    – I see no errors on Chrome’s console
    – I tried with both admin and non-admin user roles

    I have same problem.
    I can’t do the quizz properly.
    if i finish a quizz with 15 right answers sumary says 2 right 8 fail and 5 skipped
    I did all the answers and right.
    can you tell me what happened?
