Quiz Email Not Received

  • I’ve recently launched a site. I tested the quiz when the new site was live and email results came through.

    However they are not coming through anymore. I’ve changed the admin email to a different email. The emails aren’t caught in the spam filter. Not quite sure what happened. But it’s kind of important

    Most probably a server config issue, or the email is blocked on the server because the domain is not the same as the site domain. There is too little information to answer this.

    You can try to install WP Mail SMTP and send test emails. If it works, Watu emails will work too.
