Quiz editing does not work reliably

    We have problems with the free quiz module. Editing and saving multi-choice question does not work reliably. Sometimes it does not save the edits and sometimes old already deleted choices appear again. Very annoying bug because it appears randomly…

    Any ideas or help to fix these issues?

    Sorry, you’re facing this issue.

    Can you send us your System report? You can use a service like Pastebin, Imgur, Dropbox to submit the system report.

    I did not see any issues with your System report and it seems this is a fresh install.

    However, can you try updating your LifterLMS plugin to the latest version? I see you have the version 4.3.2. Can you update to the latest version and see if this solves the issue. The latest version is 4.3.3.
