Quiz does not show the final results.

    Hi,
    I have set a big quiz with 50 long questions. (took a week)

    But now I have come to know of following issues-
    1. It takes alot alot of time to reveal the answer (correct or incorrect). More than 2 seconds I think.

    2. BUT MOST IMPORTANTLY Many time the final score is not shown.

    3. Please put a ‘SUBMIT’ button for all cases (whether “Results Display” is chosen to be “Real Time” or “On Submission”)

    I have chosen ‘Real Time’ for Results Display. So for tiny percentage of users the final result is automatically shown at the end of quiz. For most it is not shown.

    It would have been a lot better if a compulsory SUBMIT button (which appears if Results Display is set to ‘On Submission’) is permanently there.
    Then people taking part in quiz can click the button and ask for results.

    Also now, everyone needs to answer all questions for result. If there is a permanent submit button then people can skip the question they do not know and still get the answer.

    I set 50 questions since one week.
    I changed the menu bar with this quiz. I put the widgets for this quiz but now most people can not get the score. For this quiz I changed my site’s look. But….

    Also under “Rendering”,
    first I had chosen “Prevent page caching on quiz pages”.
    Due to this final results were not shown.

    Now I have switched on both “Prevent page caching on quiz pages” and “Load quiz using AJAX”
    Still final results do not show.

    Please fix. Please.

    I have implemented this quiz link everywhere on the website.

    Users who take part in quiz expect a final score at the end.

    1. It takes alot alot of time to reveal the answer (correct or incorrect). More than 2 seconds I think.

    I checked your quiz and it took around a second for me, it could be due to the quiz size.
    Could you go to Formiantor > Quizzes, click on gear icon next to your quizz and export it from there.
    Upload the export file to any file sharing service like GDrive or DropBox and send us the download link by using our contact form here:

    Send in:

    Subject: “Attn: Predrag Dubajic”
    – Quiz export download link
    – Link to your quiz page
    – Link back to this thread for reference
    – Any other relevant urls

    I had no issues with getting the final score on your quiz so do you perhaps know if this was related to specific OS or Browser and if there are any console errors when it happened?

    3. Please put a ‘SUBMIT’ button for all cases (whether “Results Display” is chosen to be “Real Time” or “On Submission”)

    In order for plugin to calculate the final result there needs to be something submitted as an answer, I will forward this to our developers so they can consider changing this in future, but at the moment you can add an additional answer to each question, something like “I don’t know (show correct answer)” or similar.
    This will allow them to see the correct answer and also finish the submission at the end.
