    The quiz count is incorrect.
    Perhaps the number of times students press the “submit test” button has an effect.
    Can I customize it so that they can press the “submit button” only once?

    Of course you can! But unfortunately you would need to do that yourself. The support policy does not cover assistance for customisation.
