• Hello,

I am experiencing a persistent issue with the LearnPress quizzes on my website. Here are the details of the problem and the steps I have already taken to try to resolve it:

    Issue encountered:

When a user tries to start a quiz, a message appears stating that “the quiz has already started.” However, it is not possible to access the questions.

This issue occurs for all quizzes, not just one in particular.

Steps already taken to resolve the issue:

    1. Checked JavaScript cache:

I disabled the JavaScript caching options in LiteSpeed Cache (Minify JS, Combine JS, JS Deferred).

These settings were already disabled previously due to a similar issue with a payment form via SureCart.

    Despite this, the problem persists.

    1. Tested with a cache bypass parameter:

I added a parameter to the URL (e.g., ?v=123) as recommended.

This did not resolve the issue.

    1. Cleared server cache:

I cleared the server cache via my hosting control panel.

    Additional information:

The issue persists after following all the steps recommended by your support team.

Could you please analyze this situation in detail and assist me in resolving this problem?

I am available to provide any additional information or access if necessary.

Thank you in advance for your help!

    Best regards,
    Guillaume

@guillaume21 I had similar issues, if not exactly the same. It is clearly issue with web page cache.

To me it looked like the problem exists only when I use the LP as an Administrator. If regular user (Subscriber) takes a quiz, they will see the actual quiz and take it.

For me, even when testing as a regular user and not as an administrator, the issue was still there.

Hello @briantp , We opened a support ticket on Thimpress but the response is very late. That’s why I wanted to write here. There is no cache plugin on my site, we cleared the cache section in Thimpress and tried to redefine the course to the student but the problem still persists. Please provide a solution. Also, was your problem solved? If so, what did you do? @guillaume21 @boyanov
