Quite good but needs improvement

I tested your plugin and it works fine however there are some important missing features which should be a must. 1. There are no error messages when the user does not fill number correctly and when the field is not filled. 2. There is no way to choose the phone number format that will be saved on the database. Please add these simple new options and will update review. Thanks
