    It does what it proclaims to do.

    You can set up different rules and decide on the shipping fee based on those rules.

    For example, if you have widgets and gadgets, you can set up a rule that says all gadgets sent below $50 cost $10 shipping, while all widgets sold under $20 cost $8 shipping, and all above are free, but if you have gadgets and widgets, then they have to be at least $40 worth to get free shipping.

    Pretty neat or?
