Quite an excellent plugin

Being an active web hosting systems administrator, I’m the guy that gets the call when the sites stop working. This plugin solves that problem in a simple approach of taking the stress off Apache by pre-generating the pages beforehand instead of on-demand.

The security improvement of using the Simply Static plugin to serve an HTML based copy of your site is hands down the best security you can get for your WordPress site. Not only does the static HTML generated pages load fast, it removes any possible means of exploitation via injection attempts.

It’s not perfect though, as it does have its drawbacks, but it’s well worth the kinks.
