QuickView not showing and on popup cart and on Shop page

  • Hello! I need help on my site as the title says. The pop up view is not showing on the “Quick View” under Shop and in the Cart as well after adding an item.

    Hello, sorry about that. https://rascalworldwide.com/index.php/shop/ . This link should work. I kinda found the issue why it’s not working. It’s probably a clash of plugin or some sort as I am using the Divi extra theme right now. Though, the link that I just provided you that is https://rascalworldwide.com/index.php/shop/ is working on quick view but if you were to enter the product categories, the quick view doesn’t seem to work at all.

    Some users reported issues before. However, concerning third-party theme or plugins, when the problem is not from within our plugin, we can only help if you’re a Premium user. We do not provide support for 3rd-party tools on the free version.
