Quicktime Video Dead Center

I’m using the Grid Focus theme, and I like it, but I’d like to have one page that has my header and footer, but none of the column stuff in between so I can embed a Quicktime or Flash video dead center on the screen. Is there a way to make a layout exception in this manor for one page? Thanks in advance.
