Quicktag in IImage Browser problem (alternatives?)

Hmm I’ve read about four responses on the author site with regards to this problem, but no solution so I wonder if someone else can volunteer some information on this/

I’m using the 1.4.3 beta release which adds the much requested (and needed) quicktag button for the purpose of making things easier and aesthetically pleasing.

However, the problem I have is click on the thing does nothing. I’ve ensured my pop-up blockers are off. I have tried this in IE yet, only in FF 1.01 and as I say, the response seems to be “It works in everything else” which isn’t very useful in terms of troubleshooting.

Any ideas on this one? 1.4.2 works fine, but I need the quicktag button for the authors rather than having to tell them where the bugger the button is.

Also is there an alternative to IImage browser that has it’s functionality but offers auto thumbnail creation amongst other features?
