I dig this but there are issues

  • I’m really liking Patchstack as an alternative to iThemes Security. I’ve had some back and forth with Sander on the support team to get to the bottom of a few issues. He was super patient and helpful. I’m looking forward to using this more and more.

    One thing that I feel needs to be improved ASAP is the country blocking/IP whitelist/blacklist features. Recently we’ve noticed that we cannot access our staffing environments hosted on the Malcare/BlogVault platform. We’ve got country challenges/blocking set up there as well as in Cloudflare. Both work as expected. Patchstack has a different take on it and that’s causing problems for us. Currently, the only solution is to disable this feature in Patchstack, which diminishes its value IMO. This is the single most important feature in a WAF.
