• Hi Philipp,

firstly thanks for the plugin, works fine ??

However, I have seen that the QuickEdit functionality from WP overwrites/resets a sidebar association done in the normal editor. Example: create a sidebar, associate it with a page and then change the publish date by using the QuickEdit function. The sidebar is reset to its default.

If this is a bug, it would be great, if you can fix this in a next update. Thanks!

I have tested it on a fresh WordPress 3.5.2 installation. No, the plugin behaves normal. You can change even all entries and the association stays up. On huger sites I manage till 60 different sidebars and never had that problem. Please deactivate all plugins except ‘WordPress Custom Sidebars’ and try it again.

    Hi Philipp,

many thanks for testing and your support. I think, you’re right that another plugin may have an effect on your plugin.

I installed your plugin on three of my other sites and there, the problem does not appear and all works fine. However I can not tell you which other plugin may have caused the error in the past, as this appeared on a site for a customer and the project is finished, so that I have no access to their site.

In any case, if I will see the problem again, I will post it here.

    Regards ??
