• Hi.
I’ve linked my wordpress with QuickBooks (US accounting service). Every single order in completed status is synchronized every 60′ with QB. I’ve been having problems with synchro until i realized that, due the amount of orders being synchorized, WordFence was tagging the process as malicious attack. So as soon as I deactivated the plugin and run the synchro everything works.
I’m struggling how to identify the thread in order to white list it. Is there anything i can do to identify that process and whitelist it?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Hi @jamonessinfronteras, thanks for your question.

I would suggest looking at your Live Traffic. If you see blocks that match timestamps where the Quickbooks connection had issues, click the entry to expand it. This will explain the process that caused the block, why it was blocked etc. Try clicking the “ADD PARAM TO FIREWALL ALLOWLIST” button to allow these through in future.

Let me know how you get on!

    Hi
Thanks for attending my issue. It actually shows nothing in the log… no blocks at all. everything i see is 200.

I’m wondering if there’s a block due the volume as the plugin understand the calls volume very high.

Is there any other setting preventing a high volume call that could be preventing this? the reallity is that once the WF plugin is deactivated, everything works.

    thanks
