Quick way to create variations?

  • Hello,

    I’m creating a website that’ll be selling apparel like t-shirts. My first t-shirt I’m adding comes in 28 colors and due to limitations of my supplier, certain colors only come in certain sizes, and certain sizes are different prices.

    Now, I understand I can individually enter each variation, but I’m wondering if there is some way to expedite the process? For example, I would like to be able to select all of the “Extra Large” sizes and set their prices. Then, I’d like to be able to select all of the variations of a single color, and set their image.

    Is there any way to do this kind of quick editing of the variations? Or am I going to have to click through the 200+ variations and individually set each one again and again?

    Some fields can be bulk edited but not conditionally. We plan on introducing a ‘filter’ in future versions to allow faster changes.

    For now, you may want to look into a CSV import/merger so you can do it in bulk.
