• In the latest version you added quick view. When this is turned off in the elements menu, it remains on and visible on product archive pages (mobile version). This needs to be resolved. Please provide your solution soon.

Small addition. it is not nice to enable extra features by default with an update. This can wreck customer websites. You can point this out to users after an update, but the choice to enable it must be up to the user.

    Hi @wpsupacc

I have the same problem too, very frustrating.

Thank you for your confirmation. Yes, there is something to learn here for the developer. Don’t enable new implementations by default and if you want to disable it, it has to work and it doesn’t right now. Users with a site on auto update have a problem. The developer remains silent. I hope for a response soon.

    Hi @wpsupacc & @paulleonardmecom,

Thank you very much for reaching out to us ??

We are sorry for the delay in getting back to you. It was our weekly holiday over here.

To clarify, are you referring to the “Quick View Image” option found under the “Elements” tab?

If so, this option is connected to the “Quick View” module located in the “Modules” tab.

Why do we keep the module enabled by default?

ShopLentor offers a couple of widgets that showcase products, with an option to view details within a quick view modal. If the module remains “Disabled” by default, the “Quick View” feature won’t function in those widgets.

Regarding the issue you mentioned above, we sincerely apologize to hear about the difficulty you have experienced.

However, we can assure you that the “Quick View” module being enabled by default has nothing to do with the issue you mentioned.

Rest assured, our development team will thoroughly investigate the plugin to identify the root cause and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

During this interim period, we would highly appreciate your patience and cooperation.

Wishing you both a fantastic week ahead!

    Best regards,
    Tarek Aziz

Thank you for the response and explanation. However, the problem remains. With the Astra theme 4.8.0 and when you upgrade to the new version 2.9.6 of ShopLentor, quickview is always visible on product archive (shop) pages in mobile view, despite all settings that can be made. please resolve. Kind regards.
