Quick Tag “Code”

    I downloaded the latest version of WordPress. Tried to find an answer to the Quick Tage “Code” not working but did not.

    When I put code in my document and want the code to show versus the code being activated, I should be able to use the Code Tag, right?

    However, when i surround my code with the code tag the code I put between is a linking code to demonstrate Linking Text. I want the user to see the code, but instead the code or link is active.

    Is there a bug in the Quick Tag for Code or is this Quick Tag used for something else.

    How do I show the code without it being activated?
