So I’m setting up WSDesk for the first time and I’m in the Ticket Fields section.

I decided to add a field as a Select.

I’ve entered the information I think it needs. But when I click Save, it comes back with an error.

    —————
    Ticket Fields
    Default Value is not Matched!
    —————–

Then it highlights one of the fields, “Enter Title”

I’ve put in some text I want as the title. I put in “Support Type”

And it won’t let me go any further.

There’s no indication what the problem is. The error message makes no sense.

It would actually help if the name of the field didn’t get over written by the text I type in. Because maybe something is hidden by my text.

I’m evaluating this plugin in, and not having a great time so far….

  • Hi Norman,

This error shows because you have entered a default value which does not match the drop down values. For example, if dropdown values are a,b and c then the default value should be either a, b, or c otherwise it will show the following error Default Value is not Matched!

    Regards,
    Team WSDesk
