    Hello. I have a blog containing over 100 articles, in two languages, and in two categories. I’d like to use this plugin as a conversational search tool, and have it return a list of links to the corresponding articles rather than answering the user’s question directly. Is this possible?

    Hello DragoWeb (@dragoeco),

    The Knowledge Navigator uses your published pages, posts, and products to answer visitor questions. Since your site has around 100 articles, you could set the Maximum Top Words to 2,000 and then try setting the Tuning Percentage at 50 in the Knowledge Navigator settings tab. Then instead of a random response, chage the Learnings Message to something that suites your brand (i.e., tone of voice). It’s likely to work very well. Experiement with the maximum number of words and the tuning setting.

    Hi Stephen, I’ve discovered that it’s possible to use a GPT assistant, which should increase the chatbot’s efficiency tenfold. I’m in the process of implementing it. Thanks for your reply.
