Quick Post keeps on posting

Hi there

lately I’ve tried the “Quick Post” functionality for the first time. I shouldn’t have. What happened was, that the post was scheduled to run every minute or so and kept posting to our social media channels, quickly spamming them with loads of posts.

I’ve tried several things to stop this, I changed the passwords for the social media in question (twitter and linkedIn), which did help for twitter, but not for LinkedIn. I even deleted and re-created the LinkedIn accounts, but the job still runs. I now deactivated autoposter, which seems to be the only thing that helps.

Also, the “regular” auto-posting when a post on WP is published, seems to run with no errors (and only once).

I assume that this is due to a cron job gone wrong – is there any way I can clear the schedule for autoposter only?
