Quick order form on product detail page

  • What i want?
    I want to add quick order form on product detail page like this one

    The reference image is from a Codeigniter based site but i want to implement the same functionality on my WordPress site which is obviously powered by Woocommerce.
    What i did so far?
    I,ve added a form on product detail page and it is adding post in shop_order post type with shipping details but it could not add product, product qty and total amount here is the reference image

    I have access to product id but just stuck here what to do ???
