quick google images / seo question
-
hello!
i have a quick question about google images–probably an obvious one. it’s about redirects. when i google (images), for example, “moma handrails metafold” and click on an image that’s mine (the first hit in this case), google warns me that the site is “trying to redirect” as if it were some sort of grave danger. in point of fact it’s redirecting the searcher to the archive of the post.
is there a way to
(a) eliminate this warning and
(b) still have google images take people to the post instead of the image file attachment?also, when i find my site through the same query (on regular google, as opposed to images), it just sends me to the image attachment, which is pretty much a total dead end. does anyone have any advice about this?
thanks so much in advance!
