‘Quick edit’, ‘help’ and ‘screen options’ not responding

  • Hi all,

    First time posting here, hopefully in the right place. Looking forward to getting involved in the WordPress community.

    Let’s dive in. As the title suggests, on post overview pages the buttons ‘Screen options’, ‘Help’ and ‘Quick edit’ aren’t responding to any for interaction in the WordPress dashboard.

    It’s a live WooCommerce store. At the moment there aren’t any plugin that would should affect any JS functionalities in the WP-admin and I can’t figure out what’s causing the malfunctioning… ??

    Any help would be highly appreciated. Thanks.

    Did you try different browsers? Do you see console errors?

    Morning. Haven’t tried out different browsers as it had always worked as supposed before. On our other WordPress installations, they work just fine as well.

    There are some errors in the console and two warnings, but I neglected them because I didn’t think they would cause a problem.

    I’m on my phone now, I’ll paste them in here in a few minutes. Thanks for the reply!

    Hi @compupower – just ran into this exact issue on a site with “window.wpseoScrollableTables is undefined”. Were you able to track down what the issue was on your site?

    I’m able to create a new page (all buttons work fine), but once the page is saved, things stop working.
