‘Quick Edit’ doesn’t update or collapse after editing text in 2.8.5

  • Hi ! Guys,
    When i click on “Quick Edit” button in comments page and start editing text and finish by clicking on “Update” button the text field doesn’t collapse back, but clicking on Cancel does.Sometimes the cancel button undo’s the text that was edited. As previously i was on version 2.7.1 so i don’t recall any such issues.
    Anybody experienced the problem above , or its just me ?

    Check with these options:

    -> Disable all the plugins
    -> reinstall wp-admin and wp-includes folder.

    I hate uploading stuffs through ftp. I think i can stick with this annoyance until 2.9 is released.
