Quick Edit bug after upgrade to version 3.6.1

Hello,

We have Multi-site installation of WordPress on SQL Server running on IIS7. And we are IE users.

Problem:
After upgrading WordPress to version 3.6.1 in our test environment, we are unable to use the Quick Edit function from Dash Board>All Posts. After clicking this button, it opens the fields to edit normally. However, after making changes (eg, change author) and clicking Update, the title gets wiped out and it just says (no title). The author also gets reassigned to the first user in the drop down list (not the one chosen). We are still running WordPress 3.5.1 in our production environment and it works fine there. This bug has been a major hold up for us from upgrading production.

Anyone know what to do to fix this bub please. Any help is greatly appreciated.
