Quick easy question, change height of text area

Bump, Can someone please help me out here!

And don’t bump – its against the forum rules.

I have read that in detail and that’s how I can adjust the width but no matter how I change the code around it doesn’t let me adjust the height.

Any idea’s?

Try adding this to the CSS:

.wpcf7-textarea {
   height: 100px;
}

I’d also suggest that you download and learn how to use Firebug – an indispensable tool for CSS work.
