    Hi!
    You forgot to create a quick ticket from the order card. It seems that you need to copy the client’s email, then go to the support plugin and find the client there so that the administrator can create a ticket. This is very inconvenient. Why didn’t you make the create ticket button in FLUENTCRM or in the customer’s order card in the backend?
    The same applies to the page with the list of customer orders. Why didn’t they make a button next to each order so that the user could create a ticket for this order.
