Quick Chic adding 2nd side bar

Hello, I am using the Quick Chick 1.2 theme, and I really like it, however I wanted to add a 2nd side bar that is either to the left or right of the already there side bar. Now I added this to the theme myself however not correctly because when viewing on different size monitors the 2nd side bar I added is either pushed down or up, or where it should be depending on the size of the monitor. I am not a pro at css or themes but have always been able to muddle my way around.

When a widget is added to either side bar the 2nd sidebar moves down as well. I know this has to be with the css coding but i cannot figure out how to get it stationary, to stick in the spot I’d like it to be in.

Any help is appreciated. I dont want to switch themes, i like this one and just need to know if its possible to add a 2nd side bar to this theme how I’d like, and if anyones willing to help me out, I’d appreciate it.
