Quick Cache Rewrite (Parse Error, Exception, PHP 5.3)

Regarding Quick Cache v131121
It’s been a rough day for several Quick Cache users. Before this rewrite, the last update to Quick Cache occurred in 2011. So, any change after so long tends to cause confusion. With this rewrite, we ran several tests over the course of a 3 week period, but now that it’s out in the wild there have been some important issues reported by our most loyal users; and we’re working through these carefully.
