Quick Cache

Hello,
We are using quick cache plugin with cloudflare freeware.
If we add this plugin – will it work or hurt?
If it works well – then what should be our settings for the plugin in terms of minutes? We have large sized visitors (20,000 per day) and pages are rendered with quick cache.
As site is frequently updated – the quick cache regenerates the respective post and front page upon each update / delete / publishing. I will like front page to be fresh – not with old queries.
How can this work?
